I recently redeemed my free personal training session at liberty branch with
trainer Danish , and I was really impressed! Danish is highly skilled and very attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand my preferences/limitations due to a recent knee surgery and tailored the session to suit me. I highly recommend Anytime liberty branch and , especially if you get the chance to work with Danish!

I’ve been training with Danish for a while now and couldn’t ask for a better PT. He never pushes me beyond what I can handle but still motivates me to do my best. If I ever start moaning about an exercise (which is all the time), he patiently explains the whats, the whys and the hows - this helps me understand the benefits of each exercise. He sorts out all the scheduling for me, so that’s one less thing to worry about (I have enough mental load!!!), and even gives me super structured and detailed homework - extra sessions I can do at home. He’s also really easy to chat to and makes every session feel productive but fun. Highly recommend!

Here's my take on the PT sessions that I am currently undergoing at this AF:
I’ve been working with Danish for a while now, and I’m seeing steady progress, which is great. He’s patient, understanding, and makes the sessions enjoyable. What I appreciate most is how he takes the time to explain every exercise and ensures I understand what we’re doing, which helps a lot.
I took the 36-session package, and so far, it’s been worth it. Danish listens, tailors the sessions to my needs, and has been really supportive of my health journey. Overall, it’s been a great fit. I’m very happy with the sessions and would definitely recommend Danish if you’re looking for a trainer who listens, supports, and keeps you motivated.
As for the gym, it is clean, equipments are brand new and well taken care of and I feel safe working out here anytime of the day.

I trained under Danish for the past 4 months and I have been learning so much from him. Every week he introduced variations and progressive overload. I liked that he explains every exercise patiently and shows me how to adjust my posture and also how to set the machine up. He also tells me what muscle group am I working with each machine and how to tell if I am not doing it right if I am on my own.
I had a shoulder strain for the past one year and it impedes certain arm movements. He taught me some warm up exercises that helped my arm to move smoothly.
I told him my goals, which is to work on improving my mobility and strength. I can't believe how much I have progressed in 4 months, I am very close to a front split. My hip flexors are no longer tight and I have a deeper range of motions. I no longer have back aches from sitting too long. My posture have improved. Learning with him is unconventional. I learned that improving the range of motions as well as strength training in combination can improve my mobility.
I feel blessed to be assigned to Danish (he is a certified PT trainer) and I am looking forward to each class, and achieving my goals.
I loved the gym, the equipments are nicely spaced out. They have a wide variety of equipment and interesting classes like aerial yoga. It's a tad chilly in the gym but after warming up, it's bearable.

Its quite fun working out with my personal trainer danish he motivates me alot and helps to retract my weak muscle to make it balance. And i also got to gain knowledge on how to workout with a proper way using heavyweights and machines pretty satisfied maybe in the future we could train together again

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff at this location. They showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service. While I was performing squats, the staff claimed I was violating gym rules by removing my shoes only for deadlifts and squats. This is absolutely absurd. I have visited over 10 different branches, and never have I encountered employees so misinformed and unprofessional. For individuals with mobility issues, it's not just a preference to remove shoes—it's a necessity to ensure proper form and safety during these exercises. To be confronted in such a disrespectful manner for a common practice is both shocking and frustrating. I will not be returning to this horrible AF branch, nor I will recommend anyone to come here
